Assembly & Fitting Instructions
We provide information to support 'do-it-yourself' installations by school staff. We do however recommend that all electrical work is carried out by a qualified electrician.
The Universal Projector Cradle is quick and straightforward to assemble, and is easily fitted to suspended ceilings with tiles which have at least one pair of 600mm long edges.
Once a suitable position for the cradle is identified, the appropriate ceiling tile is removed.
The 5-part assembly is quickly constructed using convenient, hand adjustable fittings; it is then placed into the void and located on top of the supporting frame. The ceiling tile is modified and replaced.
The projector is fitted into the cradle and the cables are fed into the ceiling void for connection to a PC and power source. Assembly and fitting does not require any specialist tools.
